13th August 2013 , London- Specialist cigar merchant Alfie Turmeaus of Mayfair (part of the C.Gars Ltd Group owned by Mitchell Orchant) has sold the world’s most expensive cigar for a staggering £40,000 to Callum Jones, a young entrepreneur who made his fortune in the coffee business.
This single boxed double corona measuring in at 7 5/8” length and 49 ring gauge and has an incredible smooth sweet flavour profile from the first to the last puff
“We are delighted that Callum has decided to enjoy the best,” said Mr Kapacee as he handed over the unique cigar. “Not only will he enjoy this cigar, but we will personally fly him to Nicaragua where he can see firsthand how the cigars are made.
It will be the trip of a lifetime for a cigar lover. We will also blend and roll 1000 special Regius cigars to Callum’s personal flavour, size and strength profile.”
Callum also enjoys, exotic cars, skiing and fine wine. Cigars are his latest passion.
