Recipe by Declan Byrne, President of the BAI 
  • 2 Parts Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
  • 1/3 Part Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1/4 Part Cherry Syrup
  • 1/2 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 5 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

Directions: Add all ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake Vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.

  • 1 part Kilbeggan® Irish Whiskey
  • 1 Cube of Brown Sugar
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 Lemon Zest Knot
  • Top with Chilled Brut Champagne

Directions: Place the brown sugar cube into the bottom of a champagne flute. Add the bitters. Add Kilbeggan® Irish Whiskey. Muddle to break down the sugar and combine the ingredients. Drop the lemon zest knot into the glass. Quarter-fill the glass with champagne and stir the ingredients together to infuse the flavors. Top with champagne.
